Who we are
This policy covers this website and the services we run under the NomarzLLC name, including Orrery. The company behind it is nomarz LLC (registered in Japan as nomarz合同会社, registration no. 0111-03-012134). We decide why and how the personal data described here is used.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us.
- Email. If you write to us directly, we keep your message and our replies.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use advertising or analytics trackers. If that changes, we will update this page first.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange and run audits, review Free Build applications, and keep our own business records. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
Client data in the systems we build
When we build and operate agents for you, your business data stays yours. We use it only to deliver the service you asked for, and it is never used to train public AI models.
Systems run in your cloud or ours, with access control and audit logs. The proposal for your project states where data is stored, who can access it and how long it is kept.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of providers to run the site:
- Cloudflare: hosts and delivers this website and receives the requests sent to it.
- Google Fonts: serves the typefaces used on the site, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
Links to other sites
Product links on this site lead to Orrery’s own site, orerryai.com, which may collect booking and application details under its own notices. Other sites we link to have their own policies.
International transfers
Our providers may process data outside Japan. We choose providers that protect it to a standard consistent with applicable law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails as long as needed to answer you and to keep reasonable business records. Client data is kept for the period set in your project agreement. We delete or anonymise data we no longer need, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, stop using it or delete it, as far as the law that applies to you allows. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within a reasonable time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, such as Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Material changes will be announced on this site.
